2. Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider (GoDaddy.com, LLC, 2155 E. GoDaddy Way, Tempe, AZ 85284, USA). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host's servers. A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the provider. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable provision (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).

3. Legal bases for processing

We process personal data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) GDPR:

lit. a – your consent (e.g. optional cookies);
lit. b – to fulfil a contract or pre-contractual measures (e.g. a quote enquiry);
lit. f – our legitimate interest (e.g. security, spam protection, technical operation).

4. Cookies and consent management

Our website uses cookies and comparable technologies. Necessary cookies are required for operation (e.g. session, security, language selection) and are set on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR or § 25 (2) TTDSG. Optional cookies in the Statistics and Marketing categories are set exclusively after your explicit consent via our consent banner (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR, § 25 (1) TTDSG).

Your selection is stored in a first-party cookie. You can revoke or adjust your consent at any time with effect for the future via the "Settings" link in the footer.

5. Server log files

The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (secure operation).

6. Contact and quote form

When you contact us via the contact or quote form, we process the data you provide – in particular your name, phone number, email address where applicable, subject or requested services, and your message – in order to handle your enquiry and prepare a quote. To prevent misuse and spam, we also store the time of submission as well as your IP address.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) as well as Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (your consent, which you give via the checkbox in the form) and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (security). The data remains with us until the purpose no longer applies; statutory retention periods remain unaffected. You can revoke any consent you have given at any time.

7. Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile

To protect our forms against automated input (bots/spam), we use "Turnstile" from the provider Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). In doing so, your IP address, among other information, is transmitted to Cloudflare and evaluated. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing misuse (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). 8. Contact by telephone and e-mail

If you contact us by telephone or e-mail, we process the data you provide (in particular name, telephone number, e-mail address and the content of your enquiry) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual/contractual communication) and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (efficient handling of enquiries). The data is deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose; statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

9. Instagram link and WhatsApp communication

Our website contains a link to Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and a WhatsApp button (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., part of the Meta group). These are simple links – no data is transferred to Meta when our page loads, but only when you actively click the link or button. If you contact us via WhatsApp, we process your telephone number and the content of the communication to handle your request; at the same time Meta processes data under its own terms, and a transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b and lit. f GDPR.

10. Recipients / Data processing

Your data is only passed on insofar as this is necessary for the performance of the contract, you have consented, or there is a legal obligation. Where necessary, data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR exist with service providers (e.g. hosting, spam protection).

11. Storage period

We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes or as statutory retention periods (e.g. under commercial and tax law) require. The data is then deleted.

12. Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data vis-à-vis the controller:
